HR Operations Manager - UK (HRO) for Capgemini

Candidate should have experience in all the major functional areas of HR.

Fluent spoken and written english is essential.

Excellent client facing skills

Atleast 4+ years of experience in UK HRO Process.

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to respective HR areas :
Comp, Payroll, Ben & Pensions, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Workforce Planning and Succession, Performance Management, Mobility, Team Handling, HR Master Data, Organisation structure, HR Admin & Helpdesk.

Perform transition of respective HR processes according to Capgemini methodology.

Deliver all required process documentation and other transition deliverables within agreed timeframes.

Cooperate with the client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery.

Arrange and deliver training to the remaining delivery team members prior to service go live.

After successful transition - deliver the service accordingly as part of the delivery team.
