Maintaining on board & off board database.
Coordinating with the payroll team for the preparation of monthly payroll.
Updating all the employee records in HRMS.
Coordinating with the business heads and collect the required inputs.
Maintaining employees personal file.
Handling ESI/ PF related queries - Statutory benefits
Updating all the employees details in the master database.
Handling employee grievances.
Initiating employee engagement activity
Desired Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations is a prerequisite.
Should be a Graduate MBA / MSW candidate.
Knowledge of MS Office & Excel a must.
