Mentoring - Co-ordination for effective running of the Mentoring program, regular interaction with mentors and protege`s, Monthly reviews and reporting, Focus groups and refresher trainings
On Boarding - To connect with the candidates from the time Offer is accepted till the joining, ensure smooth induction of the new employee, relocation`s, development a feedback mechanism, Focused group, Surveys, etc
Rewards and Recognition - Manage SPOT recognition program, conceptualize new ways to promote a culture a Acknowledging and rewarding employee`s contribution on a regular basis
Employee Engagement Initiatives - Coordinating for the Employee Satisfaction Survey, sharing of survey results, preparation & tracking of the action plan, Employee Engagement tracker analysis with HOD`s on quarterly basis
AOP - Support in preparing AOP, monthly tracking.
Ensure all nomination are in order and informed to the service provider as per the time lines.
Organization Development Activities for department.
Support HRIS activities.
