Job Description:
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services.
Strategic Management: Formulation & implementation of company`s policies, systems, procedures and other employee welfare schemes from time to time.
Interfacing with the Top Management for formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and professional advice on HR functions through preparation of various MIS.
Defining plans, policies and strategies for greater operational effectiveness and manpower deployment.
Ensure Compliance under the labour law and other statutory acts for business.
Adhering to 100% compliance to all employee benefits as per company policy, such as – SODEXO meal coupons, group medical insurance etc.
Facilitating & executing the automation process and undertake process improvement initiatives.
Governing new employee record creation and maintenance.
Managing all employees’ related documentation & letters, such as – offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, Promotion, etc.
Monitoring documentation & controls of all Payroll related activities & procedures.
Acting as a SPOC for the leadership for PAN india as a part of the corporate office.
Liaising with regulatory authorities for ensuring compliance with various statutory acts & Compliance like Provident Fund, ESIC, applicable labor laws and amendments/revisions as per new orders released by authorities.
Monitoring & controlling various records related to employees’ leave, attendance etc.
Steer Operational, HR & admin issues of the entire team.
Coaching employees on HRIS.
Managing day – to – day operations.
