VAK Services is looking for HR Manager with relevant experience in HR policies.

Primary Responsibilities
Work closely and communicate as a team member with the Headquarters Human Resources team to align company Human Resources initiatives, policies and procedures.

Partner with Country Manager and site management to proactively assess needs and identify and implement tactical and strategic solutions.

Interact and develop rapport with employees to create a satisfying work environment.

Create an open door customer service-oriented Human Resources department.

Ensure a legally compliant and best practice approach to employee relations to encourage the attraction and retention of high-quality employees.

Provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees in a collaborative and professional manner.

Implement human resources strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures.

Maintain accuracy of HRIS/employee information and employee files.

Lead the annual performance and salary review process for RealPage India employees utilizing standard company processes and methodology.

Manage the visa, travel and accommodation processes for India based employees as well as provide assistance to US based employees traveling to India.

Manage the recruiting process to ensure accurate job descriptions, cost effective recruiting and appropriate placement, thorough candidate screening, and quality hiring.

Assess candidate skills, knowledge, and qualifications by performing interviews by telephone and in person.

Understand and fully comply with laws, regulations, and internal processes, policies and procedures.

Be visible and approachable within the organization while maintaining confidential information and documents.

Assist in the identification and conduct of employee relations activities.

Conduct new hire orientation/induction, paperwork, and monthly new employee evaluations during initial 90 day period.

Conduct employee surveys and implement employee recognition and rewards program.

Coordinate training programs on site.

Be responsible for employee benefits.

Manager human resources-related vendor relationships.

Manage recruitment and the reception functions and related personnel.

Required Skills
Minimum of seven years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least two years of management experience, and at least one year of recruiting experience.

Must have successful experience working in the U.S. or reporting into a U.S.-based company.

Must have successful experience in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to establish, develop and maintain productive business relationships at all levels of an organization.

Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Human Relations, Psychology, or related field

Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of India and Andhra Pradesh labor/employment laws and regulations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated abilities to establish, develop, and maintain productive business relationships at all levels of the organization, particularly at the executive level.

Strong English skills, practical problem solving skills, and excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

Persuasive, relationship-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.

Strong recruiting and time management skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information.

Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change.

Able to work extended hours when required; able to travel at least 10%.

Most be comfortable working with diverse teams.

Experience utilizing an HRIS system is strongly preferred.
