Primary Purpose of Job: Oversee HR services
Reporting to: CEO / Executive Director (Operations)
Key responsibilities:Serve as a Strategic Advisor for Management.
HR Policies, Organizational issues, recruitment, employee relations, Compensation and benefits, training and development, guidance to managers and advice to employees.
Supervise and Mentor junior human resources staff.
Determine appropriate compensation and benefits packages and programs for employees.
Manage and resolve complex employee - employer relations` issues.
Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of Indian and Western employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
