Responsible for managing a large team of HR Executives / Assistant managers & handle HR issues/escalations for around 4000 employees.

He also be responsible for Joining, Induction & Exit process, performance management, compensation issues, & employee relations, strategy and Communication campaigns,

He will also be the owner for various Business Units & ensure smooth day to day operations.
