Tata Elxsi Ltd, Mumbai 10–12 Yrs Share this job1. Identifies and forecasts staffing needs in partnership with business and production teams examines recruiting and retention strategies for team members and develops new strategies as needed.
2. Work closely with management to develop and/or implement specific HR plans to support the overall BU goals / Location
3. Implement key HR corporate programs and plans (e.g., performance management program, Rewards & Recognition program etc)
4. Comply to Organizational processes like TBEM , ISO etc understand , practice and educate your team members and also all employees in your respective BU/Location on the TBEM processes set.
5. Implement Human Resources policies and practices for various processes such as performance appraisals, promotions, confirmations etc.
6. Handle and resolve grievances of employees on time
7. Manage separation process for employees leaving the organization & conduct exit interviews
8. Prepare an analysis of ETB & Exit interviews; Schedule & Coordinate Monthly Manager meetings to discuss the inference drawn from the analysis; Close the action plans based on the timelines agreed.
9. Participate in organizational level HR events / activities
10. Conduct HR interviews – Telecon / Face to face discussions – General/Walk-Ins
Desired Profile
1. MBA HR or equivalent from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institute
2. HR Generalist Experience with a strong learning orientation
3. Strong Level of employee advocacy
4. Team work and communication skills, strong result orientation
5. Exposure to the entire gamut of HR activities
