Drive the process of Recruitment & on boarding at corporate level.
Job Description
Interface between the Corp HR and the Location HR.
Managing end to end recruitment cycle .
Ensure effective implementation of all HR initiatives across Processes/locations, such as Open Forums & PMS, E-SAT surveys, etc.
Regular Review & Designing of Global HR Policies, Practices and Processes against Internal & External benchmarks.
Provide strategic compensation benefit to C&B Head and Management and communicate their strategies approach to others HR peers across the companies on compensation matters.
