HR Manager for SKF

To develop and implement all relevant Personnel and IR practices and strategies at the plant. To drive change and ensure required direction is maintained by the workers at the location.

To manage Employee Relations at the location.

To develop all strategies, policies and practices for workmen at the union.

To develop all local policies and practices for managerial cadre personnel.

To manage the IR & Personnel department budget at the location and to ensure that overall spends are within the budgeted numbers.

To handle all court cases of the location.
