Candidate should be good at following core competencies:
Recruitment and staffing at all levels.
Policy development, implementation & monitoring.
Performance management and improvement systems.
Handling statutory, payroll, appraisals of all the employees.
Handling employee grievance, issues and welfare measures.
Coordinate & conduct campus interview by working cooperatively with all hotel management colleges.
Report management through MIS and month end reports.
Establishing short term / long term HR strategies for achievement of business objectives & goals.
Defining plans, policies and strategies for greater operational effectiveness and manpower deployment.
Coordination of manpower planning, recruitment, induction, exit interviews & ensuring cultural fit.
Counseling/ grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction & HR Survey & community development activities.
Handling Performance Management System and identifying scope for enhancing the same.
Liaising with labour or other Local Government Departments and preparing & executing IR policies/ procedures along with implementation of the same.
Negotiating and amicable settling of issues among the workmen, staff, officers, managers and groups arising due to Time Office, Salary & Wage Administration matters.
Desired Profile:
A dynamic professional with minimum 8/10 rich experience in HRM broadly Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Compensation, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, Policies & Procedures and Personnel Management.
Excellent planning, strategizing, decision making and implementing abilities with demonstrated success in managing HR and administrative matters.
Possess a clear understanding of the industry HR trends with the distinction of instituting quality practices to achieve business excellence.
Adept at handling day to day administrative activities in co-ordination with internal / external departments for smooth business operations.
An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude.
