* Interacting with senior level executives
* Handling sensitive/confidential information and situations
The candidate up on hiring will
* Work with the Global HR head, develop Human Resource strategy and align it to support the overall business plan.
* Manage the areas of Talent Management, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and HRIS of the Human Resources function in India.
* Be responsible for being up to date on all regulatory and legal changes regarding HR compliance and requirements and subsequent compliance.
* Maintain positive employee relations through consistent and fair application.
