HR Manager for Formula HR

Formula HR Consulting Services is in search for a HR Manager for a FMCG Plant at Chittoor.

Candidate should be an MBA-HR/ IR

8+ years of experience in Plant HR

Handling entire gamut of HR activities from Recruitment, disciplinary actions, statutory compliance`s, legal matters and Industrial relations etc. at the plant.

The candidate should be strong in handling shop floor related issues and administration.

He should have good knowledge of Labour Laws.

Experience in Liaise with Government authorities and external agencies.

Should have the ability to handle multi-tasks at any given point of time and work to deliver results under stressful conditions and tough deadlines.

Have excellent problem-solving, organizational, and team mentoring & training skills, with the ability to cope with pressures.

Preferred Telugu Speaking and FMCG / IR Background Compulsory.
