1.The incumbent has responsibility for developing, implementing and administering the organization’s rewards and benefit policies and retention schemes.
2. Salary Fitments / Letters.
3. Review HR policies .
4. Accurate updated and timely Inputs to Payroll Administration .
5. Ensure the working of good attendance system and Leave management System.
6. Updating of Personal / employment details of new recruits in the LMS.
7.HR Administration, adherence to Statutory compliances, Policies and ethics.
8. Recruitment as per discussions with functional Heads.
9. Strong in C&B and labor laws.
10. Experience in Plant HR necessary
