This position, reporting to AGM & Regional Head-HR, is accountable in assisting Head HR in maintaining cordial Industrial Relations in the Plant (permanent), Personnel administration relating to Non-Management staff, LTS implementation, and maintenance of discipline in the company.

Desired Profile:
Maintain a dialogue with the trade unions to understand their thinking process and communicate to the Head-HR.

Co-ordinate with HO for various HR activities

Adheres to HR processes & systems.

Ensure support of the state labour department through building up relationships with the departmental officers.

Assist in conducting domestic enquiry in case of charge sheeting cases and initiate disciplinary action as necessary.
