Training and Development, Employment Laws and regulation, Exposure to best practices in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling,disciplining staff, Legal compliances and financial impacts of HR related decisions.


The candidate would be responsible for laying down the Hr policies, initiate HR activities, design the Rewards and Recognition function etc
