HR Manager for GE
GE India Technology Centre Pvt Ltd, Bangalore 7–8 Yrs
Provide comprehensive Human Resources leadership for the GE Enterprise Solutions-India organizations supporting around 200 employees across functions-Sales, Service Application Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance etc.
Provide advice and counsel as a strategic business partner to the GM GE Enterprise Solutions-India, and his staff.
Work closely with the global & regional HR leadership & Industrial India HR team to develop and drive the HR strategy and value proposition to support the growth of the business.
Responsible for the HR generalist activities including recruitment, employee relations, employee/organization development, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR process excellence and headcount/base cost management.
Partner with the recruitment team to meet the staffing plans for the business.
