HR Head for Nokia

Provides generalist consulting to the Markets organization for India Cluster on: Resourcing, Compensation & Benefits, Competence Development, OD and M&A. Acts as the trusted partner and advisor to line managers to drive understanding and commitment for the application of Nokia People & Processes to meet operational business needs.

Translates local business targets to define the HR action plan. Proactively seeks feedback to influence the direction of the country HR team on local business needs. Coaches and supports business managers in planning & implementing strategic change and Nokia level agenda items (on business entity level or on local level)
