Developing, recommending and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives.

Advising the Chairman/Directors on a wide variety of personnel and human resource issues, as well as hands-on management of the function.

Contributing to the management of change and provision of business focus solutions in a fast moving environment.

Leading, directing, motivating and developing the Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the business.

Coordinating AESL’s training programme.

Responsible for payroll process for entire staff.

Prepare and discuss compensation & benefits with the Managing Director & Director.

Evaluate current HR policies.

Suggest/formulate HR policies to further enhance comfortable employee-employer relationship.

Conduct fair appraisal across the company and different functions.

Support & guide Recruitment Manager(s).

Conduct skill workshops for specific teams for work motivation and behavioral improvements.

Organize small and big events for the organization.

Coordinate and manage subordinates.

Desired Profile:
A graduate from a good institute/university with professional HR qualification from top institutes like XLRI, TISS, IIMs etc.

A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in HR function.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
