HR Generalist for Voxiva

Experience in a staffing and generalist role.

Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; PHR Certification preferred

Experience with or specialized training in employment law, benefits, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations preferred.

Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.

Knowledge of affirmative action/EEO, federal, state and local employment laws.
