Candidate will be Responsible for daily administration of general policies and programs covering Induction, employee relations & issues, employee engagement, Provide recommendations in the development of employee policies.


Administer one or more of the human resource functions including, compensation & benefits, training, employee relations, Policies, Exit Interviews, Induction and MIS

Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.

Form partnerships with assigned departments and attend weekly staff meetings to keep abreast of current situations, escalated issues, and to offer a Human Resources perspective.

Work on employee issues of a complex and diverse scope where analysis of situation and data requires in-depth evaluation of various factors. Counsel employees concerning work related issues and exercise utmost judgment within generally defined practices and policies to determine best method or technique for obtaining solution. Keep supervisor informed of escalated issues.

Manage administrative staff and functions to ensure HR workflow, processes and procedures.

Mediate discrepancies between management and employees, as well as inside agencies.

Investigate and resolve grievances; assess, develop and implement action plans to correct root case issues.

Assist in the preparation of reports for legislated requirements or organizational needs.

Provide accurate and timely information and assistance to internal customers.

Should have acumen for payroll and analysis

Excellent Interpersonal skills

Open to working in Shifts (Including night shifts)


Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.

Knowledge of PC applications.

Knowledge of MS Office is a must. Should be able to prepare various reports in Excel format as well as other HR software.

Willingness to work in 24 x 7 shifts

Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices

Knowledge of Human resources practices and methodologies.

Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.

Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.

Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 4 years related experience in Human resources or related area.
