Educate employees about self-appraisal.

Responsible for all the document related works.


Should be proficient in end to end recruitment.

Responsible for manpower requirement and need identification.

Should be effective in plan, process & execute the recruitment cycle.

Responsible for to fill the open position with the specified time frame.

Training & Development:
Responsible to conduct induction for new hires.

Prepare yearly competency mapping for every individual in discussion with their departmental head.

Training needs analysis based on skill gap analysis, appraisal feedback and suggestions.

Prepare training calendar quarterly and annually in align with the departmental head.

Coordinating external and internal training programs.

Maintaining training records.

Analysis of training feedback.

At the year end, comparing the planned and actual training covered.

Joining Formalities, Coordination with consultants, Offer Letters etc.

Statutory duties (ESIC, PF etc)

Assist in formulation of HR policies.

Handling employee issues, full & final settlements

Assist in performance management.
