HR Generalist for CWT India

Candidate should be good at following skills:

a) Handling of payroll process

- Ensure receiving of monthly input on time.

- Checking of salary input before sending to make the salary register.

- Ensure all inputs for salary are incorporated

- Checking of Variance in payroll and ensure correction of the same

- Checking of Tax plan sheet every month.

- Every quarter checking of medical details.

- Sending bank details to account department of new joinees for salary transfer.

- Checking of salary is transferred to bank account on time.

b) Handling all inputs for salary are incorporated

c) Maintaining manpower statistics.

d) Handling all employee queries day to day queries.

e) Handling of Recruitment process

- Coordinate with Branch Manager/ Business head for the recruitment.

- Calling candidates for interview.

- Checking of all docs required for to make offer letter like interview evaluation, PSR sheet, resume, salary proof etc.

- After approval making of offer letter.

- Explaining the joining formalities to the candidate.

- Checking of all docs required for appointment letter.

- Coordination with Training manager for induction of the company.

f) Handling of medical details on monthly for medical cards.

g) Handling of day to day administration work.

h) Maintaining of monthly appraisal list for confirmation.
