Job Desription:

General HR and administration.
Handling Time Office & Payroll processing.
Should handle all Pre & Post-recruitment activities.
Arranging Induction Training Programme. Preparing and maintaining MIS Report.
Responsible for Statutory Complainces with ESI, PF, etc.

Handling Employee grievences. Scheduling and coordinating Exit interview, processing Full & Final settlement for the left employees.
Able to stretch & work.

Skills/Abilities:

Must be well versed with computer networking technologies.
Must be able to identify and technically qualify candidates.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Knowledge:

An in depth knowledge and a proven track record in staffing augmentation.
You must have a desire to learn new applications.
Good Knowledge about Management Information System.
