Maintaining recruitment metrics and data.
Ensure the assessment of short and long-term individual and organization development needs.
Design, plan a learning calender and implement specific training and development programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills (e.g. leadership, project management, soft skills, IT and technical knowledge).
Implement and coordinate consistent, “state of the art” local HR processes that ensure personnel development, employee satisfaction, performance and retention of the best people.
Develop and moderate trainings in certain areas.
Share best practices with global peers.
Play the role of a consultant for providing Pro-active HR solutions to achieve business goals.
Familiarity in HR score card and metrics.
Negotiate contracts with training providers, including desired training outcomes, fees and expenses.
Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
Specific Organization development initiatives.
Handle end to end pre and post activities for HR function
