HR Generalist / Employee Relations for Amazon

This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the human resources function in the areas of payroll, all HR operations activities, employee relations and other HR administration work.

Handling employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESI, tax and all other HR operation queries.

Maintains employee files and personnel records, processes change-of-status forms, compiles personnel statistics and provides information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records.

Interacts with Insurance agencies, statutory vendors, payroll vendor for providing inputs related to the respective areas.

Responsible for completion of new hire / joining formalities for the employees.

Responsible for maintaining employee confidential and non-confidential data (both in soft and hard copies).

Provides inputs for payroll processing of the employees.

Involved in various audits related to employment data.
