Responsibility encompasses a Business Unit.

Incumbent will be responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of human resources, including organizational development, employee and labor relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, safety, or personnel research.

Assignments may include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and may focus on service delivery within a segment of the organization, providing advice and recommendations.

May work with or manage external vendors to develop, administer, and/or evaluate programs.

Applies professional concepts, company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

On a daily basis, implements work processes which improve the internal client`s satisfaction.

Uses skills as a seasoned professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures.

Works on problems of diverse scope. Completes own role independently or with minimal guidance.

Tests innovative ideas and measures their effectiveness.

Makes worthwhile, incremental improvements to existing programs, processes and procedures.
