Candidate willbe responsible for anchoring key HR processes and operating as a business partner for the functions like Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, Research and Development, Information Technology, Legal, SAARC operations and others
Design and develop innovative and high impact talent management programs and processes to improve depth and diversity of talent
Implement key HR Programs, that would include develop and drive retention strategies
Design, upgrade and implement performance management system with effective communication strategy and drive 360 degree feedback process.
Embed a performance driven culture to enable the organization to achieve business objectives and ensure transparency of process.
Design reward and recognition programmes in line with business and function requirements
Lead the team to design, innovate and implement employee engagement initiatives, anchor the employee engagement survey, design progressive HR practices basis the outcomes and ensure high engagement scores
Ensure a seamless customer experience by proactively managing the HR Business Partner and HR Specialist interface
Responsible for the talent acquisition process, innovative sourcing strategy, quality of talent inflow, controlled recruitment cost, track of manpower cost and headcount
Lead the annual remuneration revision and performance process for the Co. and ensure timely and accurate HR inputs for the Annual Operating Plans
Review and implement HR policies, procedures, HR systems and practices which align with and support business needs
Work as a pro-active member of the HR leadership team, by challenging existing practices and processes and enable implementation of best in class practices.
Desired Profile:
A post-graduate degree (MBA) in human resources or equivalent professional qualifications in social sciences, human resource management from a premier institution.
8 years of strong human resources experience in an FMCG or manufacturing sector.
