The incumbent has to ensure timely and correct attendance calculation for the accurate payroll processing.

Process compliance to ensure all the yearly/monthly and quarterly HR activities done in time

Resolve the employees` query within the stipulated time period thereby gaining credibility for the department.

Coordination with legal consultant

Statutory compliances

Ensure addition of new joinee in Mediclaim and assist in settling Mediclaim reimbursement

Ensure accurate and timely submission of Corporate MIS

Coordination with casual staff contractors
