The candidate has to make training calendar for training time frame and training time.

Decide and Plan Training process.

Co-ordinate with HR-Head.

Employee welfare management.

Event management.

Organize recreational and educational activities.

Handle entire training process i.e .On the Job or Off the Job.

Identification of training needs and plan accordingly.

Obtaining feedback on the trainings conducted.

Measuring the effectiveness of the training programmes.

Implementing the suggestion scheme & giving reward for that.

Generate policies and procedures for continuous training need identification.

Maintaining training records.etc.

Organizing technical & behavioral training programs.

Coordinating with the external trainers as well as internal trainers.

Finalizing the training monthly plan and get it filled by the respective HODs.

Maintaining all the training records according to the standard operating procedure (SOP)

Candidate must have experience in training and development at Plant or Manufacturing Unit.
