HR Executive - Recruitment for Apollo Health Street

1. Candidate should have minimum of 1 year of experience in Human resource function

2. Responsible for the entire cycle of Recruitment

3. Source profiles using various techniques - portals, head hunting, network building, referrals etc.

4. Screening, short listing, scheduling Interviews, follow ups - from closure to Joining

5. Recruitment, Finalization and Negotiation of salary to the candidates.

6. Should have good client front ending skills

7. Develops and maintains strong business relationships with candidate

8. Offers, Appointment Letters, On boarding & MIS
