HR Executive -Recruitment for Anagram Capital

The incumbent is responsible for recruitments for the south-zone

Searching resumes from portals/ references/head hunting

Taking first round of the candidates

Coordinating the interviews between the shortlisted candidates & the functional heads.

Taking the feedback of the functional head & informing the same to the candidate.

Doing reference check of the selected candidates

Completing all the documentation formalities

Maintaining Recruitment-MIS of the zone

Should possess excellent communation skills

Excellent networking skills

In-depth understanding of the Stock Broking Industry

Experience in Bulk Hiring

Knowlegde of English,Hindi & Regional language
