Hr Executive (Internal Recruitment) for Lobo Staffing Solutions

Candidate should have 2 years of prior experience into recruitments for Engineering and FMCG sector is a must.

Candidate must have in-depth understanding of Non IT industry ( Exp in any of these domains pharma, FMCG, Engineering, manufacturing,BFSI).

Should be able to drive business with non IT clients, understand forthcoming requirements & extension of non IT Industry.

Matching candidates to requirement and filling vacancies.

Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts on portals.

Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.

Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates.

Checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview.

Arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients.

Finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.

Using sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from client companies.

Getting out on new client & service visits

Building relationships with clients.

Developing a good understanding of what client companies do and their work culture to hire right candidate.

Working as part of a well established and cohesive team.
