The candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Manage competency based recruitment process catering to various business needs.

2. Design and implement effective hiring processes, including full recruitment life cycle strategies.

3. Will be responsible for the client management, should take care of the entire recruitment process, will be managing a team of recruiters, and should assist the team in recruitments.
