HR Executive is responsible for sourcing profiles.

Should be able to short list profiles from different job portals.

To do the initial screening.

Coordinate with manager for further interview process.

Update the candidate on the interview feedback.

Do the reference checks for the finally selected candidates.

Interaction with campus placement cell.

HR executive is responsible for maintaining formal relationship with the universities placement cell and with primer law schools.

Coordinate with the placement cells.

Managing consultancies.

HR Executive is responsible to manage and coordinate with consultancies on all the active job requirements.

Negotiation on terms and conditions with consultancies when ever applicable.

Should validate and short list profiles for further interview process.

Communicating the feedback on all the resumes forwarded by the consultancies.

Communicating the finally selected candidate details.

Joining formalities.

HR executive is responsible to collect the details of newly joined employees and perform the certificates verification.

Coordinate induction and orientation.

Other generic HR activities.

Assisting HR Manager in other HR activities for smooth functioning.

Job Responsibilities:
A. Strategizing and implementing the Recruitment strategy

 Working with the senior management to devise and implement appropriate Recruitment strategies and processes

 Evaluating the strategy from time to time to refine and improve upon them in line with the evolving industry dynamics

 Building a hiring pipeline

 Hiring cycle time reduction

 Relationship management

B. Strategizing and implementing the HR Polices

 Working with the senior management to devise and implement appropriate HR policies and processes

 Evaluating the policies from time to time to refine and improve upon them in line with the evolving industry dynamics

C. On-boarding

 Completion of joining formalities

 Planning and managing the induction program

 Handing them over to the respective team post induction

D. Performance management

 Planning and timely completion of confirmations

 Planning and timely completion of mid year and annual performance reviews

 Effecting the necessary documentation post performance reviews

E. Payroll administration

 Work with the payroll service provider to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of employee payroll

F. Separation management

 Work with the senior management on separation cases by providing requisite data and ensuring that the necessary exit documentation is completed and filed in the employee records

 Attrition analysis and working in tandem with the senior management on steps to reduce the same.

G. Other generic HR activities

 Plan and administer generic HR activities like vacation management, birthday celebrations, budget forecasting etc.

 Anchor suitable motivational and team building initiatives

H. Employee engagement activities

 One point contact for all employee queries/ guidance on policies & procedures

 Employee grievance handling & counseling- understanding of issues and advise on further steps

I. Employee data Analysis and Management

 Updating employee records in the relevant databases as required
