Nestle India Ltd, Panipat 2–5 Yrs Share this jobCandidate should be able to liaise with State/ Central and other statutory authorities on issues relating to project operations including matters pertaining to licences / permits/ consents etc.
Agreements with contractors - Renewal etc. in line with Nestle Business Principles.
Ensuring legal compliances of contractors - Maintenance of Registers, License, remittance of ESI / PF and other statutory requirements.
Verification of Contractor’s bills for payment with regard to compliance of legal requirements and terms of agreement and authorizing the bills for payment.
Daily monitoring & Control of manpower.
Ensuring compliance of the provisions in general with particular focus on timely remittances / submission of returns & maintenance of registers / documents etc. with respect to applicable government regulations
Maintaining harmonious relations with the offices of Factory Inspector, Labour Inspector, PF, ESI, Employment Exchange etc.
