HR Executive for Matrix Technologies Walkin

Candidate will be responsible for daily "hands-on" recruiting activities in the entire staffing continuum.

Expertise in recruitment at all levels, head hunting, Navigating job portals, human resource management.

Driving general staffing process systems, sourcing, qualifying, screening, testing, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations, offers, offer letters, etc.

Students placement, handelling drives of software MNC companies.

High analytical abilities with strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Screening resumes, updating the database and short-listing candidates for the preliminary interview.

Induction,training & development,appraisal,time management
exit formalities.

Walkin interview On 26th Nov`10 to 29th Nov`10 at 10a.m to 4p.m
