HR Executive for ERM Placement Services

ERM Pune requires recruitment executives to handle end to end recruitment process for major MNC clients spread across various verticals such as IT , Manufacturing and Heavy Engineering , Agri-Chemicals , Publications and Retail.

The job involves validation , screening , interviewing and short listing of candidates with extensive follow ups with candidates and clients including client query resolving and negotiation skill.

He/ She will grow up to become a Team Lead in due course based on performance and merit.

Any graduate or post graduate may apply with 0 to 2 yrs of work experience.

He / She would be required to handle automated recruitment software and emailing in a computerized environment.

The candidate must be fluent in English with proficiency in written and verbal communication with high amount of energy added with organizational skill.

Candidates from Pune would be preferred though not mandatory.
