The incumbent will be a HR generalist handling the recruitments, appraisals, training, PMS etc for the semi urban and rural divisions of the company

MBA(HR) with HR experience in a MICRO FINANCE company

Must have handled largescale recruitments along with the other responsibilities as a HR generalist

Thorough knowledge of TN rural markets

MICRO Finance Experience is mandatory
