Managing Master database. Maintaining joining status.
Headcount Reports. Initiating salary processing.

Maintain monthly calendar of all hiring activities.
Doing documentation for other HR activities.

Preparing Offer letters/ Appointment letters.

Informing payroll changes to the accounts department.

Initiating background checks according to client requirements, follow ups with vendor and updating recruiting team on the status
Updating recruiting team with drug test results and follow up with Quest as required for drug test updates and expediting process
Maintaining/ updating information on insurance spreadsheets for payroll.
