Candidate should have special point of contact for employees on floor and support level staff and ensure employee grievance.

Ensure employee motivation and employee engagement.

Co-ordination from head office in following HR policies & processes.

Ensure HR polices and procedures are followed and policing employees for the same.

Ensure proper induction of new joinees and completing joining formalities and documentation.

Provide attrition data on a regular basis and maintain minimal attrition through employee motivation activities.

Prepare monthly Employee Engagement Calendar and ensure proper execution of the activities mentioned in the calendar.

Conduct & arrange Skip levels, Town hall meetings for employees on a regular basis.

Communication of Referral Program and keeping track of referral pay out, ensuring timely referral payment to employees.

Taking care of Internal Job Posting - by communicating to employees through email, posters and meetings and closing the positions as per the requirement.

Maintain grievance Tracker and attrition tracker

Desired Profile:
1. MBA-HR / Any graduate

2. 3-4 plus years of proven work experience of championing HR initiatives.

3. Proven experience in employee relations.

4. Maturity to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines.

5. Professional communication/responsive request management and prioritization is required.
