8. Performance & Disciplinary Proceedings
9. Preparation of full and final settlement and issuing the experience letters / relieving letters
10. Recruitment as and when required
11. Managing the staff, compilation of attendance, managing leave balance, and generating reports
12. Handling queries / grievances
