HR Executive

Candidate should have 1 - 2 years of experience in the field of executive search/HR operations (HR policies & Procedures). Exposure to middle and senior level recruitment.

Hands on with Head hunting and other means of profile sourcing.

Experience in telephonic interviews for attracting & screening senior level executives.

Responsible for executive search assignments for senior mandates of our clients

End to end HR operations which broadly includes recruitment, induction & orientation, policy formulation, HRIS, payroll, PMS, etc.

Actively organizing and participating in various HR initiatives.

Developing & maintaining executive databases
