Handling PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances.

Time Keeping, attendance and Leave cards, NTK’s maintenance

Managing employees on contract.

Ensure timely opening of bank accounts for all new employees and subsequent communication with payroll.

Aid in carrying out Inductions as per the Plan for all new joinees
