Awareness and appreciation of various technologies, their utilization in different contexts, and emerging trends in the industry and the markets.

Knowledge of the SDLC and the various roles and responsibilities for various people at every stage of the SDLC.

Ability to appreciate and understand the software market nuances, and their implications on the internal HR functioning and operations (ramp up, resource allocation etc.).

Ability to manage complex team situations, defining and allocating role and responsibilities of various positions, and adequate experience in resource management.
