Formulation and enforcement of all new HR Policies and innovative adaptation of the existing policies.
Conceptualize & deploy the performance management process.
Design & roll out complete Employee Retention and Engagement.
Initiating and driving all employee development initiatives.
Identification of training needs, planning and conducting in-house training programs / external training programs.
Responsible for Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & recognition.
Grievance handling and redressal.
Working on E-Sat feedback Creating strategies for growing high potential people.
Desired Profile:
Candidates should be MBA Graduates from reputed Institutes with 9- 14 years of work experience.
He / She should have worked in a large BPO / ITeS company taking care of performance management employee relations, etc.
