HR Deputy Manager for The Akshaya Patra Foundations

The candidate is responsible for handling of unit level HR Functions which includes recruitment, labour compliances, industrial relations, Compensation & Benefits, training & development, employees welfare, MIS and other admin activities.

He should be a well-organized, accomplished professional having a value system aligned to social responsibility, who has Prior experience in shop floor hiring, Compensation & Benefits.

Candidates with masters degree in Social Work are preferred.
