HR Claims Processing Practitioner - GPS for IBM

Candidate should be able to ensure FBP Claims received are processed within the specified TAT.
Should always be available to employees via chat, telephone and email to answer any queries promptly.
Should be able to handle escalations and address employees concern.
Ensure audit readiness at all times.
Preparing monthly and weekly reports.
Work towards people development and help Managers/Leads in identifying right people for right position
Ensures Day to Day operations according to the DOU and sizing with the Client.
Perform Quality Check for the claims processed to ensure we achieve 100% accuracy.
Able to analyze errors/complex situations and identify appropriate solutions.
Ensure Client satisfaction through 100% delivery on SLA and adherence to the
Business Control Guidelines.
Regular Monitoring / reviewing of the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing measures to maximize customer
satisfaction.
Take up Quality/Lean Projects to enhance performance and Delivery
Adheres to IBM India Business controls policies and procedures.
Maintain utmost strict confidentiality as per IBM guidelines.
