This includes working with the target organisations to create buy-in as well as creating an environment of recognised and acknowledged knowledge sharing in close cooperation with HR and drive appropriate communication

Experience in complex change managment projects

Thoroughly understands and can clearly explain and apply change management theory to individuals and groups
Applies NSN change leadership and management concepts with business leaders to design and facilitate the various stages of organization change, and changes in programs and processes that affect people
Coaches managers and leaders to help them anticipate and deal with people`s reactions to change
Helps coach business leaders and managers to build trust through proactive communication with employees through each stage of the change process
Effectively considers and acts upon employee feedback received during change initiatives
