Maintain headcount and other status reports.
Evaluate all offers, transfers, promotions, merit adjustments, and bonuses for the employee population.
Coach and counsel the management team on issues including performance, training and development, salary administration, promotions and transfers, organization design, and team building.
Participate in the performance management process, including year-end formal performance evaluations.
Responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of all HR system information.
Responsible for special project work as directed by the HR Director.
Must be highly competent at managing influence relationships in a matrix environment
Must have the ability to create new networks to ensure achievement of business objectives
Must be an effective and efficient problem solver
Must be adept at managing and understanding the cultural nuances inherent in a multi-national organization
Ability to adapt to a changing environment

This individual will provide Human Resources (HR) support for multiple vice president and director client groups.
The HR Business Partner will serve as an integral member of the organization`s management team.
In addition, the HR Business Partner is responsible for creating and implementing Human Resources programs and practices that will foster a competitive culture within the organization and SAP.
The HR Business Partner must have the knowledge and expertise to deliver services and utilize HR shared services where depth and bandwidth is needed.
Collaboration with HR Business Partners from various lines of business is crucial so that activities and programs are coordinated.
